No Smoking- There is a strict no smoking policy in place for any Mid-Minnesota RV. Any evidence of smoking will result in $500 being deducted from the damage deposit.*

All vehicles used to tow any Mid-Minnesota RV must be insured and a copy of the insurance card will be obtained from Mid-Minnesota RV personnel.*

Any driver towing a Mid-Minnesota RV must have a valid drivers license, and a copy of the drivers license will be obtained from Mid Minnesota RV personnel. Don’t Worry we won’t share your information, and it will be shredded upon returning the RV.*

All our RVs have a commercial insurance policy in place which covers solely the RV in the case of an accident. We offer an addendum to this insurance which would cover liability to the renter. The price of the insurance is decided by the insurance company based on duration of the reservation, and the RV you are renting. Do you wish to purchase the addendum insurance which would cover liability on you “the renter”.*

Any vehicle used to tow the RV must be capable of towing the gross vehicle weight of the RV. The gross RV weight is on our website for each model, but it can be provided if you need it.*

Pets are allowed, but there is an additional damage deposit of $100 dollars per pet, per reservation.*

All tanks on the RV must be dumped entirely prior to returning the RV. Any tanks “black water, grey water or fresh water” with contents left in them upon return will be subject to a $75 fee taken from the damage deposit.*

Propane tanks will be full when you depart and are expected to be filled upon return. Any propane tank that is not filled upon return will be subject to a $50 fee taken from the damage deposit.*

No modifications shall be made to any of the RVs including but not limited to rearranging furniture.*

There is a cleaning fee with each RV rented. The cleaning fees differ for each unit. If the RV is returned with a mess that requires more then standard cleaning and sanitation such as stains ect. An additional cleaning fee may apply.*

Due to festivals and tailgating parties having a sometimes rowdy crowd, the damage deposit will be doubled if the destination for the RV is a festival or tailgate party.*

Reservations are from noon on the first day to 10 AM on the last day. Any RV that is late (between 10:00 AM and 12:00 noon) will be subject to a late fee of 50 dollars. If the RV is not returned until after noon, the Renter will be subject to pay an additional days rate.*

The only thing allowed to be flushed down the toilet is toilet paper. DO NOT FLUSH TRASH DOWN TOILETS. This include but is not limited to tampons, wet wipes, diapers ect…*
